Moving into a new place and making it a home can be stressful. Shopping at Ashley furniture where everyone was kind and knowledgeable made it easy. Shout out to Stormie for walking us through everything step by step and being an incredible representative. It's nice to feel like the person selling to you cares about your next steps and not just making a sale. Shipping even came in sooner than expected.very pleased ❤️

We were looking at purchasing a new bed but was unsure of what we really wanted. I called before making the trip to make sure they had the ones we wanted to see. I spoke with Joseph on the phone so I wanted to make sure he was the one that would assist us. Joseph was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the moment we walked in he took time to make sure we saw every available option. He wasn’t pushy at all, and was extremely personable What I liked the most about the experience was that he was knowledgeable about the different mattresses that we were looking at! Joseph was upfront with all costs and thoroughly explained and answered any questions we had! After 2 hours (which Joseph never left us), We ended up buying the bed along with a bed frame. Definitely will be asking for Joseph on our next purchase. 11/10 recommend working with him!

I had a great experience at Ashley Home Furniture thanks to Victor. He helped me find a couch that I love and made sure I got a great deal. Victor was professional and friendly. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. I highly recommend asking for Victor if you’re shopping at Ashley. Excellent customer service from start to finish!

My wife and I stopped in yesterday just to look at furniture but not really planning to purchase anything just yet but we were quickly greeted by Isabelle and instantly loved her. She wasn’t pushy like salespeople we’ve dealt with in the past and she was able to answer all of our questions and helped us to find the perfect living room set that would best suit our families needs. Her personality is truly a ray of sunshine and we encourage anyone in the market for new furniture to give Ashley’s Furniture a visit because you will not be disappointed. Thank you Isabelle for your kind customer service and for making the whole experience such a pleasant experience. 10/10 recommend.

Jay at Ashley Furniture in Savannah was incredible to work with. I was shopping on a tight budget, and he helped me find a couch that fit both my style and my finances. When it didn’t fit through my entryway at delivery, I was so stressed — but Jay went above and beyond to find me another sofa that works perfectly in my space at the same price. I recently finished active cancer treatment and spend a lot of time on my couch, so this meant more to me than he probably knows. I’m so grateful for his kindness and dedication. Highly recommend asking for Jay!

Everything about this bedroom purchases was excellent and effortless! We purchased the set up( they construct, install and remove the trash!) The Ashley team texted with day, date and expected time of delivery… snd they were there just as promised!!! The drivers were courteous , efficient, friendly and did their job correctly all the while respecting others around. This delivery was to a senior living facility and both drivers were wonderful with older residents. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. ASHLEY, Thank you so very much!

If Trevon and Melissa are an example of the sales and customer service model inspired by Ashley Furniture, it’s no wonder Ashley is the #1 brand of furniture sold in the country! Trevon took great care and effort to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He was genuine and very relatable- not pushy or inpatient to make a sale. Melissa went above and beyond too, and did not stop at “good enough.” She worked magic to get manageable numbers for me. Thanks again, Melissa and Trevon, for such a great experience.

So my husband and I came in hoping to find a sectional and we did!!! We had Stormie helping us and it was very appreciated!!! She was very very helpful, even moving some pieces around to help us get a better vision. She answered all of our questions, and even gave us more information without asking! She was very personable and could carry great conversation!! I think Ashley furniture is lucky to have such a bright sunshiney person working for them!!! Stormie for us made buying our first actual couch very enjoyable!!!!:)
